Do you ship internationally?

We can ship internationally with wire transfer only. We do not ship free outside of the United States and you will be responsible for any customs charges incurred.

Can you ship to PO boxes?

We only ship to physical addresses due to limitations at the post office.

How much is it to ship by LTL or flatbed?

The pricing ultimately depends on many factors: the product’s weight and
size, if a flatbed is needed or if it’s able to ship LTL, the distance
between point A and B, etc.

Unfortunately, we cannot give flat rate pricing due to this reason.
There may also be additional fees if you do not have a commercial
address (with a forklift or dock) that can accept LTL or flatbed
shipments.

What happens when my item(s) are on backorder and how long before they ship?

Unfortunately due to the supply chain issues, we cannot give any estimates as they change frequently. We do our best to keep you updated on any changes in your order delivery time, but there are no guarantees on when you will receive your order. This may change in the future once the supply chain issue returns to normal.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If you receive your order and notice it damaged, please refuse the package with the carrier and note the damage on the delivery receipt. Contact us at 770-271-8825 after refusing the package so we can assist you further.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you have not received a confirmation of shipment, please contact us at 770-271-8825 as soon as possible to change or cancel your order. However, if your item(s) have already been processed for shipment you may no longer change or cancel your order. If you decide you no longer want your order, we can send you a return label by email, and the cost of the return shipping will be taken out of your refund. If you decide to return your order, you may be subject to a restock fee up to 25% of the cost of goods.

How can I track my order?

Once you place an order online, we will get it ready for shipment. When we are done processing you order, you will receive an email with the tracking information.

Can I buy online and pick up in store?

This will depend if we have the item(s) available in our store. We stock many items in our warehouse that can only be shipped.

When will I receive my order?

Typically, depending on your shipping method, you should receive your
order between 2-5 business days if the item(s) are in stock. However,
there are some cases where items may be on backorder and/or may need
additional time for delivery.

You should expect a phone call or email from us if additional time is
necessary. If you haven’t heard from us, please give us a call at
770-271-8825 for further assistance.

The item I want is out of stock, when will it become available?

If the item you want is out of stock, we will contact the manufacturer to find out a lead time on the item. As of right now, it is hard to give an estimate due to the supply chain issues.

When will I receive my refund or store credit?

Once we receive the return, we will issue a refund or credit. You will be subject to shipping deductions and additional fees if applicable.
